Now you can add images right into your help tickets just like you add photos to your web page. Just log into the EggZack system, click on the help button in the upper right hand corner, and follow these simple instructions:

1. Click on the small tree above the text area of the help ticket

2. Click choose file to upload the photo (this will open a window into your computer)

3. Hit the "Upload" button

4. Hit insert

5. Hit the okay button, don't worry about image placement or additional text.
