This time we looked good yet there are other times where we need to fix or solve a problem, or over come the fact that we frustrated a client . These are the best times that a business can really show how much they care about their clients.
When you make the sale, deliver the product on time or meet their expectations, you might get a thank you. Yet it is after taking care of a problem or helping a frustrated client out, that clients sing your praise louder and farther. These are also times to learn what clients want/expect and what you need to be better at.
Like everyone, we love posetive feedback like this yet it is the issues that we overcome that bring us closer to our clients and their needs.
